The company was founded in 1977, when it started its first days as a member of the largest and most famous Croatian taxi company Radio taxi Zagreb. The founder of the company, Stjepan Zanoški, successfully ran the company for many years, providing transport and transportation services to many generations of users.

At the end of his career, he left the management to his son Dražen Zanoški, who systematically improved and modernized the business. In addition to new and luxury vehicles, services have been improved and modernized and are today aimed at the needs of more demanding business and private users.
